Your ticket is being reviewed and prepared for the Dev Team!

Dev Ready

Your ticket is now ready for our Dev Team to review and provide feedback.

In Progress

The Dev team is now working on your ticket.

In Review

The Dev Team has completed their work on your ticket!

You will soon get a response from our Customer Support Team.

Blocked

There is a block regarding the resolution of your ticket.

The Dev and CS team are working to remove that block.

Completed

Your ticket resolution is now live!

Discard

Your ticket/request may be discarded if you are an unrecognized requestor, if your ticket is a duplicate request, if your request is not currently possible to complete, or if your request is better suited for a future release.

All discarded tickets are not deleted, rather, saved into our database for future review!
